Emmet Bondurant and Ben Thorpe Help Take Gerrymandering Challenge to US Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019 decided to hear two partisan gerrymandering cases: a North Carolina case spearheaded by Atlanta attorney Emmet Bondurant and Ben Thorpe, and the Maryland case that inspired it.
