Mike Terry, Robbie Ashe, Sachin Varghese, and Danny Vincent represented Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and the Atlanta City Council in the lawsuit filed by Governor Kemp to invalidate the Mask Order implemented by Mayor Bottoms.
After the firm entered the case and filed briefs on behalf of the City’s Officials, the Governor withdrew his request for emergency relief and ultimately dismissed his lawsuit.
