Class Actions

Bondurant’s nationally recognized class action practice regularly serves as lead or co-counsel in some of the country’s most complex, high-stakes disputes, achieving significant victories for both plaintiffs and defendants. We work with clients across industries, including financial services, retail, education, environmental and agricultural operations, healthcare, insurance, securities, telecommunications, and consumer products. Members of our practice have handled more than 35 class actions in the last 20 years, offering a broad perspective and deep experience in class action litigation.

Drawing from experience representing both corporations and classes of individuals, we anticipate opposing strategies and tailor our approach to protect our clients’ interests. Clients, co-counsel, and courts turn to us for sophisticated litigation strategy.  On the plaintiff side, we have secured some of the largest recoveries in history.  On the defense side, we have defeated certification, obtained early dismissals, and resolved cases with minimal disruption. Our class action and appellate practices often intersect, allowing us to handle many of the appeals that have established Georgia’s class action precedent.
