Trusts and Estates / Fiduciary Duty Litigation
Bondurant advises and represents high-net-worth trust entities and individuals, including trustees, beneficiaries, and grantors with an interest in the trust corpus. We handle a variety of disputes over complex trust and business transactions, including litigation involving the trust corpus, as well as access to assets and information.
We’re frequently called on to resolve business disputes, including fiduciary breaches in partnerships and corporate governance. Our track record of litigating complex disputes and achieving success at trial sets us apart from firms focused solely on traditional trusts and estates. We also assist and co-counsel with family lawyers in handling divorce matters involving fiduciary disputes, especially when contentious.
