Amanda Bradley represents clients in complex trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts, including high-stakes contract, government, antitrust, insurance, election, and class action matters. She advocates for plaintiffs and defendants across diverse industries, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case. Her clients include governments, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, and corporate executives.
She is deeply committed to public service and maintains an active pro bono practice, including securing a victory in a federal jury trial on behalf of a prisoner in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights case.
Amanda clerked for the Honorable Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. There, she managed a civil docket of more than 80 active cases, drafting opinions on civil and criminal matters.
Outside the office, Amanda leads the mock trial team at Daniel McLaughlin Therrell High School in Atlanta Public Schools and serves on the board of Reach for Excellence, a tuition-free enrichment program preparing middle school students from limited-income backgrounds for success in high school and beyond. Amanda is herself an alumna of the program.
