  • Won affirmation of a $33 million jury verdict in the Georgia Court of Appeals, successfully defeating defendants’ petition for certiorari.
  • Successfully represented sexual abuse survivors in the Georgia Supreme Court, securing a unanimous 8–0 ruling that opened a new avenue for lawsuits involving childhood sexual abuse by institutional leaders.
  • Successfully appealed dismissals in two interconnected wrongful death cases involving complex statute of repose issues, resulting in reversal by the Georgia Court of Appeals and denial of the defendants’ petition for certiorari.
  • Successfully represented a plaintiff in a medical device product liability case before the Eleventh Circuit on a complex preemption issue, reversing the dismissal and establishing significant precedent for future medical device cases.
  • Successfully represented a government employee in a race discrimination case before the Eleventh Circuit, resulting in the reversal of the grant of summary judgment.
  • Prevailed in a complex medical peer review privilege discovery dispute, winning a motion to compel and successfully settling the case before trial.
