Corporate Recoveries
Bondurant represents corporations, institutions, and fiduciaries in pursuing high-value claims through affirmative litigation. Our corporate recoveries practice focuses on pursuing complex commercial claims involving fraud, antitrust violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, wrongful denials of insurance coverage, and other forms of corporate misconduct. While many companies prefer to avoid litigation, strategic enforcement of strong claims can yield significant recoveries. We implement corporate recovery programs that identify, assess, and pursue meritorious claims, drawing on decades of experience to turn legal injury into financial return.
We have represented Fortune 500 companies, investment funds, bankruptcy trustees, and court-appointed receivers in matters against some of the world’s largest corporations. When litigation is warranted, we bring deep trial experience and a proven track record—often against global corporations represented by the world’s largest firms. Our independence and flexibility, including contingency and alternative fee arrangements, allow us to partner effectively with clients across sectors such as retail, aviation, healthcare, and financial services.
