  • Led a trial team to a $95 million jury verdict in federal district court in Miami, Florida, against Deutsche Bank on behalf of Ponzi scheme victims.
  • Achieved dismissals of multiple class actions on behalf of one of the world’s largest airlines, successfully defending the victory on appeal in the Eleventh Circuit.
  • Representing one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies in the Georgia state courts to pursue environmental coverage claims against over 50 national and international insurers.
  • Obtained a courthouse-steps $112 million federal antitrust settlement on behalf of a group of independent insulation contractors.
  • Core member of the trial team securing a multi-billion-dollar products liability verdict.
  • Achieved multiple antitrust recoveries on behalf of one of the world’s largest retailers based on cartel allegations across multiple industries.
  • Secured the right of an international materials manufacturer to open factory lines for a new product, defeating a rival’s attempt to shut down production through contractual and trade secret challenges.
  • Represented multiple employers and employees in injunction proceedings arising from non-competition agreements in various financial services industries.
  • Obtained Eleventh Circuit reversal of summary judgment eliminating hotel owner’s insurance coverage for structural damage (retained only for appeal).
  • Obtained Eleventh Circuit reversal of dismissal of internet ad agency’s antitrust claims against Google (retained only for appeal).
  • Obtained recovery for an international wastewater treatment company from a municipality for breach of a design-build-operate agreement, successfully defending the result on appeal in the Eleventh Circuit.
  • Obtain dismissal of multiple COVID-19 tuition refund class action cases against a university system.
