‘A Defendant Who Deserves to Lose’: Firms Join Forces, Secure $40M Settlement Against GDOT

Bondurant partner Naveen Ramachandrappa was part of the legal team that reached a $40 million settlement with the Georgia Department of Transportation and its subcontractors on behalf of a decedent’s husband in a wrongful death suit.

The joint settlement stemmed from a deadly 2018 collision where a vehicle collided with an unmaintained guardrail on Interstate 85.
