Successfully represented a general contractor in an ICDR arbitration regarding the owner’s breach of contract in a $400-plus-million construction project spanning three states. After we filed arbitration, a lawsuit, and liens, the dispute resolved favorably, and our client recovered tens of millions.
Successfully represented a general contractor in out-of-state litigation regarding the owner’s breach of contract in a $50-plus-million construction project. After litigating in state and federal court, the dispute resolved favorably with an eight-figure recovery for our client.
Successfully defended an international construction company against eight-figure claims about alleged construction defects in a complex wastewater treatment system. After winning partial summary judgment, the matter settled for less than the cost to try the case.
