Bondurant Mixson & Elmore’s Amanda Bradley selected to LEAD Atlanta Class of 2025

Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP is pleased to announce associate Amanda Bradley is one of 53 young professionals selected to participate in Leadership Atlanta’s LEAD Class of 2025 program.

LEAD Atlanta is an intensive eight-month leadership development and community education initiative targeted at promising individuals in metro Atlanta.

“Amanda’s dedication to her legal practice and her efforts outside the firm distinguish her as a champion for community improvement,” says firm partner Pat Fagan. “She represents the future of civic leadership, and we’re eager to see the impact she’ll have on Atlanta and beyond.”

Bondurant attorneys Fagan, Sachin Varghese, Amanda Kay Seals and Jeff Chen were members of the 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2024 classes, respectively.

Established in 2004, LEAD Atlanta is distinguished by its unique integration of personal, professional and community education. The program equips young leaders early in their careers with the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective leader committed to the common good.

BME’s Amanda Bradley and Jeffrey Chen, along with attorneys from Kirkland & Ellis, represented a Georgia inmate who developed stage 4 hepatitis C after a five-year wait for treatment.

The team overcame numerous challenges in this pro bono matter, resulting in a victory on behalf of their client.

This case highlights the critical issues surrounding medical care in the prison system and sets a precedent for future advocacy for constitutional rights and healthcare access for the incarcerated.

Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP expands team with four new associates

Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP proudly announces the addition of four new associates to its team: Amanda Bradley, Mollie Fiero, Austin Hollimon and Kayla Polonsky, each bringing experience in various areas of complex litigation.

“Adding these four outstanding new associates affirms our commitment to excellence,” says Tiana Mykkeltvedt, the firm’s hiring partner. “Their impressive academic credentials, being top of their law school classes and the invaluable experience they gained prior to joining BME, equip them with a deep understanding of the judicial system from day one. This sets a strong foundation for their growth and contribution to our firm and its clients.”

The new associates will assist with a range of complex litigation, including antitrust, appellate, business disputes, class actions, financial institutions litigation, trade secrets and state and local government matters.

  • Amanda Bradley clerked for the Honorable Amy Totenberg in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University.
  • Mollie Fiero clerked for the Honorable Leigh Martin May in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Emory University.
  • Austin Hollimon earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Howard University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, where he ran varsity track, becoming an NCAA Champion, a participant in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials and an Ivy-League record holder.
  • Kayla Polonsky clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Story in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law, with high honors, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
