Jeff Chen represents clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation cases. His experience includes advocating for plaintiffs in high-profile class action lawsuits against major national banks and pharmaceutical distributors, as well as handling insurance recovery matters. Notably, he represented the world’s largest home improvement retailer in breach of contract and antitrust class action cases.
Beyond his civil litigation practice, he has considerable pro bono experience, including criminal defense, election law, and housing discrimination matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeff clerked for Judge Lucy H. Koh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
