Bondurant attorneys John Floyd and Kyle Tau have been recognized in The Daily Report and Law.com’s Southeastern Legal Awards, which honor leading attorneys across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee.
Floyd was named a Lifetime Achievement Award winner, recognizing his remarkable career and contributions to the legal profession. Tau was selected as a finalist for the Most Promising Newcomer award, recognizing rising legal talent.
The honorees will be recognized at a gala on May 7 in Atlanta.
Floyd is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading authorities on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) litigation. He represents clients in complex civil and criminal matters involving RICO, the False Claims Act, internal investigations, business torts and professional liability cases at both the trial and appellate levels.
Tau handles complex commercial litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants across a range of industries. His work includes high-stakes business disputes, appellate litigation, constitutional challenges and matters involving personal injury verdicts.
