Bondurant Mixson & Elmore, an elite boutique litigation firm tackling high-stakes disputes for plaintiffs and defendants, elected Amanda Kay Seals and Jane “Danny” Vincent to partnership effective January 1, 2023.

Seals represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex trial and appellate litigation, focusing much of her practice on business and consumer tort cases. In addition to her practice, she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Seals served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel F. Dubina, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Chief Judge W. Keith Watkins, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Seals received her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.

Vincent represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation with particular emphasis on trial consulting and appellate services for complex plaintiffs’ personal injury cases. She also has extensive experience in business torts, commercial contracts and the healthcare industry. In addition to her practice, Vincent serves as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law and Georgia State College of Law. Prior to practicing law, she worked as a health policy analyst and advocate at the state and local levels in Georgia. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Vincent received her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, her master’s degree in public health from Emory University and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
